I could almost live there!!!

Last friday we went and spend relaxing evening in the Dragon Hill Spa. The place is full of saunas and pools as well as different kinf of activities. It was nice to just relax and enjoy the warm saunas in the cold autumn/winter weather.

Now I'm feeling a bit sick...again...so I just hope I had time to go there again T__T But no! I have to do some studying today...

Brrrrr it's getting cold!

Uuuurrrggghhh! It's getting cold in Seoul too! I have been watching  finnish news and they are breaking some temperature records there, right? It's not that cold here but I can already feel the -1 temperature in my bones.
I'm not that sick anymore! But my roomate is having a flu now. And Katta is never sick!!! Never ever! We were talking about this couple of days ago. She said that I'm sick or getting sick all the time. Which is kind of right...I get sick easily, but I try to prevent it everytime when I feel some symptoms. Like last semester I was sick all the time. Now I have got sick only twice because I started to take medicine and drink tee in time to prevent it. Now she is sick and I'm feeling a lot better...
So that's why I decided to take care of her. This morning I made healing breakfast; vitamine drink, tee, egg and toast. I hope she is feeling a bit better now!

This weekend I'm planning to finish a lot of my assignments and presentations so I don't have to take care of them when the finals are getting closer. And finally, I'm gonna send a 20kg package home! Well, that's not enough of course...I think I need to send maybe two or three more ㅋㅋㅋ
Tomorrow we are planning to go to lotte world. It is a amusement park complex with both in and outdoor activities. Maybe we'll go to sauna/spa today when it is so cold weather and would be good for our health too...
Now back to school work^^

I wanna shout my lungs out, but my throat is swollen up...

It's not my week!
I just found out that I have a quiz in 2 hours! My teacher sucks!!! Then I have to re-do my school work cause dummer didn't inform that we have the same subject! Tomorrow is a presentation...which i'm doing about subject that I did last semester, so I'm lazy and taking the same powerpoints that I presented earlier (credits to Sulle<3) Then I have to find some info about euro crisis and do another presentation. Have a stupid group meeting...tomorrow have another group meeting...and I think the dumass teacher will do another quiz on thursday... And the best of all is that I'm SICK!!! too tired to handle all this TT_TT
Maybe I go to the hospital and get a note and skip all the classes and drown my bad mood into chocolate^^

I forgot to take my desperate housewives for the north koreans...

Ooops! I haven't posted anything for a while.... I don't know why... maybe I have been busy...or just lazy.
Anyways. I went to DMZ(demilitarized zone) on Friday. DMZ is the area around 4km between north and south korea. It has fun to go there! Especially to tease my friends what they can or cannot do there or otherwise they get shot by north koreans.
We had to wake up 5am bacause we had to be in the USO base around 7 and the subway took almost an hour. Then it was 1 hour in a bus to the DMZ area. When we got there we had to change to another bus which was authorized to go to the area. We had to sign declaration forms and had a short video about the history of DMZ.
Then we went to the joint security area called Panmunjeom. This is the place where all negotiations are held. We got into the blue house and I got to see the tables that the negotiations are done. We heard that the north korea also does these tourist trips to the blue house and rarely you can see the north koreans in the same room as you. I saw only one north korean. He was a guard standing in front of north korean building.
We also went to some check points and saw the no return-bridge. The quides and solders were telling all this stories. For example one women solder had stepped on a mine few weeks before. Also how the north korean solders act, whiping their shoes to american flag and stepping on the negotiation tables...
Next stop was the third tunnel. There is four incursion tunnels found by south korea, but there is propably more that haven't been found yet. We went to the third one 1 600m long. After the tunnel we went to museum and watched another video. Took bus again to another observatorio. From there we could have seen alot using the binoculars, but the weather was too foggy. Final stop was lunch and the northest train/subway stop of south korea. I think there was information that a line from there would  be built to transfer materials etc. to north korea.

Almos party, but not quite...

It was a almost party weekend! I went out 3 times but never made it to the clubsㅋㅋㅋ
On thursday we had a party with our professor and the class of advertising theory. That was fun! Even our professor was wasted... We went to a bar to have drinks and we played some games. Then we went to another bar and continued our party with a lot of other ppl who were in the bar or joined the party.

On friday we only went to a bar to hang and have few beers (with my newly engaged friend ^^) and the idea was to go clubbing on saturday....but yesterday no one was going or they had lost their party mood so once again we ended up just drining in bars. Well, I had fun anyways. Maybe next weeend I can go and spin around on the dancefloor...

Terveisiä Suomesta!

I got some ryebread yesterday! Jenni's boyfriend came to Seoul and brought me some bread, hapankorppu (I have no clue what this is in english???) and crisp bread. Now my stomach loves me! It is getting some normal healthy bread after two months.
Now I'm enjoying my morning before I have to start writing school essays.

I still 사랑 Korea!

It was awesome in Tokyo but I still love to come back home to Korea. Now I have to catch up with school work and start preparing my first package to Finland. I think I'm gonna send summer clothes now when the weather is quite cold, school books from last semester and some souvenirs.
I didn't buy a lot from Japan cause it is bit more expensive than Korea and I wanted to a lot of sight seeing there. Still I managed to spend a lot of money. I bought sake set and some sae cups, kimono<3, spices for my dad and some small stuff... And we  took a lot of photos! I will do a proper Tokyo post later when I have more time...

I have arrived to Tokyo...with a style! We got stuck in traffic on the way to the airport and we even got a phone call from the flight company asking if we are flighing today or not. Finally we were there around 15 min before the check in closed. I think we were the last ones to arrive. But that was good because these ladies flev in business + class ^^
Let's hope that the rest of the trip will go well too!

I wanna cut his rastas!!!

Oh I love Korea!!! When I'm having a hangover day back home, I'm just stuck in my appartment...doing nothing... But here I actually DO stuff. On Sunday we had a dagen efter brunch in a mexican restaurant and then some cafe and waffle. I look like supen hangover ^o^

I have a new person on my hate list now! Prof William C. Hunter!!! I really thought that I signed for Event Management course but apparently it is all about religion(buddhism!), culture and asian region. In the syllabut it says that we will study organizing events, management and different aspects off managing an event...well we aren't studying those. Last lecture I learned that if i'm eating and people are watching me eating...that is a performance! And when you are hungry you go and eat..WHAT!?!?! I didn't sign up for this!!! The lecture was so~~interesting that ppl were sleeping...one girl didn't even wake up when the class ended. Maybe we should just have lefted here thereㅋㅋ
My professor is the darth vader guy with rastas and sunglasses

Back to school now! It's gonna be as interesting lesson now...half korean half english course...about finance.BYAAAHHH!!! Let's hope I'm not faling a sleep...I might need to take some magazines or something with me...or make a list what I'm gonna pack for JAPAN~~!!!
